Order Processing Time

  • All online orders with a final cart value of ₹250 and above are eligible for processing
  • Average processing time: 1–7 business working days based on your location
  • During special occasions or popular sales, processing times may be slightly longer
  • Day 1 is the business day after placing the order

Delivery Time

After processing, our logistics partners - DTDC, Bluedart, or Delhivery for domestic orders and DHL for international orders - will collect your order from our warehouse.

Delivery time frame: 3–7 working days based on your location.

Bulk Order Information

  • Considerable discounts are offered for bulk orders, corporate gifting, and retailing
  • Full payment is required before order processing
  • 7 working days lead-time for bulk order processing

Freebies and Coupons

  • You may receive freebies or coupons based on your order value, quantity, or specific products
  • Freebies and discount coupons cannot be combined
  • No two coupon codes can be combined for a single order

Order Processing and Modifications

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, we can help you modify your address or contact details until the order has left the warehouse
  • We will not be able to modify the items in your order after it is placed
  • During sale periods, there will be no refund unless there are discrepancies
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion
  • Reasons for cancellation may include unavailability of stock, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or misprints
  • Customers are required to record an unboxing video of the received order to help resolve any discrepancies
  • We try our best to accommodate special delivery requests but cannot guarantee fulfillment by our courier partners

International Shipping Policy

At Frestika, we are delighted to serve customers from all around the globe. Our products can be shipped to various countries and we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our international customers.

  • Dispatch and delivery time for international orders: estimated 12–15 working days
  • You will receive email notifications throughout the processing period
  • Every international order is subject to standard shipping charges applied at the time of purchase
  • Customs charges, VAT fees, or any other applicable duties imposed by your country must be paid by you as the importer
  • If you refuse delivery due to customs duties, the authorities will be required to destroy the package and no refund can be issued
  • Customers must record an unboxing video in case any discrepancies arise with international orders
  • In rare cases where extra fees apply, products cannot be returned or exchanged and the order cannot be cancelled
  • Once orders have been processed, they cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel before processing, a 10% cancellation fee will apply

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation of Unprocessed Orders - If a cancellation request is received within 5 hours of placing the order and the order has not yet been processed, we will proceed with the cancellation and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
  2. Cancellation of Processed Orders - Once an order has been processed, we will not be able to cancel it. In rare cases where a cancellation is accepted post-processing, a credit note equivalent to the order value will be issued for future purchases.
  3. Refunds for Returned Orders - If you do not wish to accept the parcel, you may refuse it at the time of delivery. Once the parcel returns to our warehouse, we will provide a credit note for the order value. A cash refund will not be processed.
  4. Reshipment of Prepaid Orders - A ₹50 shipping charge will be collected for reshipping orders that were refused by the customer at the time of delivery.
  5. Cancellation of Partially Paid COD Orders - A fee of ₹120 is collected upfront as the shipping fee. This fee is non-refundable. Customers are eligible for a full refund of ₹120 only in cases of non-delivery caused by a delivery partner error.

Important Notes

  • We recommend doing a patch test of all products and reading the ingredient list for any known allergies
  • No exchange, returns, or refunds will be processed in case of allergies, skin reactions, dislike of fragrance, or color variations
  • If we cannot process your order within 4-5 working days, we will initiate a refund
  • We may cancel orders due to unavailability of stock, inaccuracies in product information, or other errors
