Communication and Refunds
- We will notify you if any part of your order is cancelled or if additional information is needed
- If we cannot process your order within 45 working days, a refund will be initiated and resolved depending on your bank's resolution period
- Your refund will be reflected in the source account within 5–7 working days. If you do not receive the refund after 7 days, please contact your bank
- Customers have to return a product within 3 days upon confirmation from the customer support team, and only if the product is damaged in transit
Cancellation of Unprocessed Orders
If a cancellation request is received within 5 hours after placing the order and the order is yet to be processed, we will proceed with the cancellation and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Cancellation of Processed Orders
Once an order has been processed, we will not be able to cancel it. In the rare case that a cancellation is accepted post-processing, a credit note equivalent to the order value will be issued. This credit note can be used for future purchases on our website.
We prioritize efficient order processing and strongly discourage cancellations after an order has been processed.
Charges for Cancellation / Returns
- A ₹50 deduction will be applied for cancellations of orders after processing
- A ₹100 deduction will be applied for returns of orders (RTO) that have already left the warehouse
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will have a specified shipping charge limit mentioned during checkout
Charges for Partially Paid COD Orders
- A fee of ₹120 is collected upfront as the shipping fee. This fee is non-refundable
- Customers are eligible for a full refund of ₹120 only in cases of non-delivery caused by a delivery partner error
Reward Programme
- Once reward points have been used for an order and the customer subsequently requests to cancel that order, additional reward points will not be re-issued
- Not all coupon codes can be combined no two coupon codes can be used for a single order
- Minimum order value of ₹499 is required to redeem reward points
- A maximum of 10% of your order value can be redeemed as reward points
- Reward points are not offered for COD orders
- Validity of reward points: 1 year from the date of earning
